The 2-Day Quick Start Faux Finish Class curriculum is
an intense 2-day hands-on study of the following faux painting finishes: New simple
faux painting techniques for creating different wall glazing effects; 2 and 3-color
blends; leather and parchment; metallic and pearlescent faux finishes; Old World
European textures; creating the look of expensive, imported hand-painted wall coverings,
and brick and stone textures. Other decorative paint finishes include gorgeous
layering techniques and the basics of embossed relief and Venetian
Plaster, a polished marble-like faux painting technique that is very popular in
today's architectural and design environment.
The 2-Day Quick Start Faux Finish Class is dedicated
strictly to faux paint wall finishes that are practical to apply to any large
surface. All of the faux paint finishes taught are the latest and most innovative
in the field, and with a little practice - you will be able to achieve great results
upon completion of our course. We do not put any emphasis on faux painting
finishes in a more artistic form, such as faux painting marble. It is not the
